Reflexology & Indian Head Massage

Paula Hill Coulson RRPr, IHMPr: Certified Reflexologist, Indian Head Massage

Reflexology is a natural healing technique that works on precise reflex points on the feet and hands. The practice can also be done on infants and can be taught to parents to help alleviate discomfort of colic, constipation, diarrhea, teething, cold/flu, sinus issues and provides a calming effect for infants. Indian Head Massage uses pressure points in the face, head, neck, shoulder, upper back and upper arms. It is said to have a balancing effect on the nervous and immune system of the recipient, providing release of stress, tension, toxins as well as stimulating blood flow to the scalp and hair roots to promote healthy hair growth. Paula brings to this practice a true passion to promote well being in everyone she touches. She is a Certified Reflexologist from the Healing Arts Learning Council, registered with the Reflexology Registration Council of Ontario.
