12 Weeks of Summer is Back!

We are once again offering everyone the 12 Weeks of Summer Program to keep you on track and looking fabulous all summer long! At Nutrinity Health Services we understand the challenges our clients face during the summer months with vacations, travelling and of course all of the fun stuff summer has to offer. The 12 Weeks of Summer Program has been revamped and is Available starting May 14th.

- Food Journal for dietary tracking

- Weekly Meetings and Challenges led by your Nutritionist

- Weekly Progress Tracking to ensure progress

- New Pounds for Points System allows participants to earn points for Professional Spa Services, Massages, Reiki Treatments and Nutrition Programs.

Fibromyalgia Support Group

Starting in May and meeting every third Thursday of the Month at 6:30pm, we are now offering a Fibromyalgia Support Group. If you suffer from this debilitating disease come and learn about dietary triggers for flare-ups, natural treatments and share your story with others who understand how you feel. Cost is only $5.00 per meeting to cover material costs. We also have several health practitioners lined up to provide sufferers with ongoing education and support. Massage hours are now extended

In order to accommodate our massage clients we have significantly extended our RMT hours to ensure everyone who needs a massage can get one when they need it. Take advantage of your extended health care coverage and book your massage today! RMT massages are also an income tax write off for those without coverage.



Reiki Level 1

Starting June, Ashley our Reiki Master will be teaching Reiki 1 to anyone interested in learning how to use this powerful healing and balancing treatment on themselves or others. Cost $150. We have current openings June 5th and 6th (one day course). Register by phone or email.



Angel Workshop

Ashley has booked a guest speaker to offer a powerful Angel Workshop. Learn about your Spirit Guides and how they can help guide you to a happier, healthier life. Workshop is scheduled for June 26th and costs $80 for the 6 hour course. Light Lunch will be provided. Register by phone or email.
