Need More Energy?

Need a Boost in Energy?

If you are like most people, when asked if you could use more energy, your answer would be YES!

I myself have to be very careful to maintain my healthy habits because being a busy working mom of 4 children I would not be able to maintain my current lifestyle if I was malnourished.

I wanted to take the time to share with you some of the strategies I use to ensure I remain at optimal energy.

How to tell if you have energy problems

-          Wake not feeling rested

-          Suffer from the dreaded late afternoon crash

-          Crave sugar or require caffeine to get through the day

-          Have fluctuations in your moods and inability to concentrate

-          Avoid exercise because you don’t have the energy

-          Suffer from a diagnosed disease that makes you feel fatigued

These are only a few symptoms that the body does not have the requirements for optimal energy throughout the day.

How to Natually BOOST YOUR ENERGY

1)      Focus your diet on ORGANIC, WHOLE FOODS.  Your body requires nothing more than it requires for you to eat as nature intended whole foods!  Focus your day on fresh organic (chemical free) vegetables, fruits, nuts, seeds, legumes and whole grains such as oatmeal, quinoa (actually a seed) and brown rice.

2)      ELIMINATE DAIRY and GLUTEN from your diet.  These are the two most common food intolerances I work with.  When eliminated most people notice a significant change in how they feel and often find them have more energy.

3)      DETOX.  This is a term that gets thrown around a lot.  The simple truth is your body has the ability to cleanse itself.  It does however require a great deal of daily nutrition in order for the natural processes of detoxification to occur (nutrients found in whole foods!).  It is my recommendation that you only follow a “cleansing or detoxification Program” under the guidance of a professional who has extensive knowledge in this field.  Your practitioner at Nutrinity Health Services is well trained in the field of metabolic detoxification.  For those do it your seflers at home you can start with:

                                                                           i.      Dandelion tea (organic) – Dandelion tea is a natural diuretic that will not deplete potassium. It is also a liver stimulant.  Drink one cup daily or as needed.

ii.      Hot water and lemon – This drink is alkalizing and has been indicated to help “decongest” the liver.  It will also help you feel fuller longer if taken between or just after meals. (lowers glycemic index of foods).

iii.      Avoid anything with toxic ingredients such as GMO foods, non-organic foods, high sugar foods (including cereals and condiments).

4)      Take a WHOLE FOOD SUPPLEMENT.  Your body does not recognize anything that no longer exists as it does in nature.  Isolates can be useful under certain circumstances, however your basic supplementation should be in the form of a whole food supplement. At Nutrinity Health Services we carry the MOST CLINICALLY BACKED, PROFESSIONAL RECOMMENDED WHOLE FOOD SUPPLEMENT AVAILABLE!  Email us for an information package on our whole food health line and information on how YOUR CHILDREN ARE FREE for 4 YEARS!

All in all, your energy levels are directly determined by what you put into your body.  With almost 10 years in the field of nutrition I know how easy it is to improve how you feel with simple improvements in your diet.  Take any of the above recommendations and get started. Establish one at a time and move forward until you are doing all 4 of the listed tips.
